I agree with all you about the lack of queueing, but there is nothing that can be done about it, untill 1996 or so, the rule was you had to queue, but the E.U. said as britain was the only country where you had to queue, we had to do away with this rule, luckerly most poeple still queue in shops railway booking halls etc. as a matter of courtesy,also I think it is wrong to put bags on seats when the bus is busy, also buggies and shopping trolleys is getting a problem, I,ve seen 3 poeple in wheelchairs turned away from buses this year because buggies and/or trolleys in the wheelchair space, also on a 407 bus from Ealing bdy to White City last Saturday 3 buggies on the bus, 1 of which was blocking the gangway,where I now live only 2 are allowed, and they must not block the gangway, and wheelchair users have priority so way not make this rule in London?
