Why do people sue others for their own stupidity
I just read that the Australian DJ who was behind the hoax call to the Duchess of Cambridge Hospital and which ended with the death of a nurse is now suing the radio station because they failed to provide her with a safe envirnoment.It was a safe enough place until her stupid call. Now it's someone elses fault. It always is. Claim-ites has set in. Poor me Poor me. She did the deed, not the radio station.Australia is even worse than Britain for Vexatious LitigationAnyway, I hate people like those who always think it is someone else's fault. If i do a deed, then I am accountable and no one else. If only people thought like me. I hope the judges see sense and throw her claim out.
