luminosity court flats.

Hi,does anyone know what it is like to live in this block of flats,there was a site devoted to this development but its not kept up to date anymore.my work will be very close by and this location would be excellent.Thank you.

We are the first house to the east of those flats, our garden backs directly onto the Paddington mainline and can report that the railway related noise (such as it is given the general level of hubbub that one volunteers for by choosing to live in London) is very low and easy to get used to.Vibration used to be an issue (I used to worry about the mortar being shaken out of my house!) but has all but completely disappeared now that they have got the track bed properly sorted.The planes from Heathrow are far and away more of a nuisance than the railway, as are the constant sirens from emergency vehicles and so forth.

Hi,thank you for looking at my topic.I just want to rent a flat there for 3 years as my work will be local(rail)and my present accommodation contract is coming to an end.I am not bothered about the noise from the railway but I would have an issue if there was a lot of noisy neighbours there,i will keep trying for more information. Mark.

It has Waitrose on it to help people trying to find the adjacent Waitrose. Waitrose was on that plot until a few years ago before moving a hundred yards down the road.

I don't live there but have been in to deliver a letter that was delivered by mistake.  Am not sure if part of it is social housing and the other bit private.  I actually went the wrong way and the lights came on automatically and it seemed quite clean, realised I was going the wrong way, went back and everything seemed a bit run down.  Walking down the corridor, I could hear lots of noise from the flats.  But I was only there for 5 minutes.  Why does it have Waitrose on it?Something I have always wondered is just over the road from this place is a Warehouse that has been developed into flats.  If you look at it from Drayton Green Road, at the top right is a huge window, is this a communal area or is it someones flat?  How do they clean the window?

Just how much is this two bed flat? The various links don't make it clear. Thanks.Is there any noise from the high speed trains that rush close by or any vibrations?
