Ealing Traffic Wardens Pressured to Issue Tickets

How about 'they' provide adequate or at least reasonably priced parking in west Ealing, Greenford, Northfields, Pitshanger et al in order that our struggling retailers are supported.

Got it in one mate.'Enlightened' councils have reduced or removed parking fees to get people back onto the High Streets. Increased footfall, happier shoppers, fewer deserted shops and lower parking enforcement costs.Will it happen in Ealing? Don't hold your breath.

I guess Nigel that the Council relies on this revenue and if they don't get it from the motorists, they'll find another way to get it from our pockets ?

'twas ever thus and I am Surprised bud that it comes as any surprise to anyone who parks in London.There was quite a furore when this 'revelation' was reported in Westminster.
