Anyone noticed the smell of cats at The Kent?

Just enjoying a bevarage here and can't help noticing an odour of male tom cat.

Sorry, late to this one. Valerian, although a lovely shrub, stinks of cat urine as do some varieties of box hedge, as I know to my cost - and they are a b*gger to dig up.

Sounds like a rubbish plant, why would they want that?Did a quick google and turns out there are a few that smell of cat pee, one site mentions cannabis, but I didn't click on that.Do your neighbours have a cat?  Maybe there is a Fox marking his turf there too?  They are all over London.

Hmm interesting! We're still down here and the smell has gone which suggests it was an airbourne odour. Wonder what that was?! TThanks for the info.

It's neither,Theres a plant currently in blossom that stinks of cat pee and makes the air heavy with it's pungence.Have it at home in a neighbours garden but cannot remember what the plant is called
