Kiwi Landscapes seem to be the most dominant (or maybe just high profile with their emblazoned vehicles) landscape contractor in the area.Not sure whether they design in or out of house. I have never used them by the way, but Kiwis have a reputation of good workers and, for us, perhaps too good rugby team....
