Eric,Why do you always have to be so negative? Can’t you, for once, rejoice in the fact that a local team has been rightly promoted? It is because of the amount of money that has been invested that that has made the team so successful.I live right next to Trailfinders and Yes there are problems associated with traffic around the area and not only on match days, as they also host various other events which attracts a thousand or so of young people. However it is only for few hours during week-ends and this is nothing that we can’t live or cope with.I remember what this ground was like prior to Trailfinders taking over the field, when it used to be in the hands on British Rail: full of fly-tipping, drug paraphilia, empty cans and bottles, and of course a dumping ground for stolen burned out cars. It was so bad that the local kids, including my own, were not allowed to play there following few incidents of being attacked by gangs congregating there.Few hours of ‘disturbance’ every now and then is nothing in comparison with what it was then, especially when so many young and not so young people have the opportunity of practice their favourite sport. Therefore let’s show our support and congratulate them.
