Going rate for cleaner?

What's the going rate of pay for a cleaner in Ealing at the mo - to do 4hours cleaning of a three bed 2 recps average family house in central Ealing? Can one offer "cash in hand" or does one need to pay NI etc?

I pay my cleaner of six years £10 an hour. As far as I'm concerned, she's self-employed and responsible for declaring her income and paying tax and/or NI where appropriate.

you can pay anything from £6 upwards but you have to supply all the cleaning equipment yourself
