Has anyone had any trouble with specsavers in west Ealing ?

I foudn teh one in he Broadway very unprofessional. The Manager decided to tell one of the staff off on the shop floor instead of taking them to a private room.The assistants were not very helpful although the opticians themselves were more than adequate.

I seem to recall my neighbour going to one of them in Ealing for an eye check and wasn't too impressed for various reasons I'm afraid I cannot remember.  I just know that I thought about moving to them at one point but changed my mind due to some negativity and decided to stick to going to the very good one in Hammersmith during my lunch breaks instead.

I have used SpecSavers in West Ealing in the past, and found the optician to be very helpful, explaining everything that's going on. The shop staff were very helpful when I had a problem with my glasses, nothing was too much hassle for them. I must admit that the shop could definitely do with a make-over, as it is quite dingy inside. I would go there again when I need an eye test/new glasses.

I agree. I popped in there recently and popped out again almost immediately. Not a pleasant place.

Yep, I went in there thinking it was a Burger King and was very disappointed with my experience.
