A new scam for Starbucks customers?
Starbucks ask customers their name when ordering coffee, this is then written on the takeaway container. This seemed like a simple idea until I read an article recently.A lady walking along carrying a coffee from Starbucks was warmy greeted by a well dressed woman who called her by name. This woman chatted about how lovely it was to meet again after all these years. In the meantime the Starbucks customer was confused and trying to remember who her new found friend could be.Whilst she was distracted the well dressed woman grabbed her handbag and made off with it!The article said it might be an idea to give a different name when ordering coffee from Starbucks!
