North Circular Closed Tomorrow - Hanger Lane to Chiswick Roundabout?

A traffic alert has been issued apparently coming from TfL saying that the A406 NCR will be closed tomorrow (Sunday 3rd) in both directions. There is no other mention of this anywhere that I can find so I presume it is an error. Things are likely to be pretty messy if not.

It re-opened, ahead of schedule, before noon. Area quieter than usual this morning.

It was closed last week/weekend I can't remember exactly what day it was for tree cutting, I remember thinking it was extraordinary because it was rush hour and yes it was mayhem. I remember thinking it must have been an accident as there were blue flashing lights and loads of traffic and then getting to the junction and being flabergasted to see a closed for tree cutting sign. It  was from the gunnersbury ave/hanger lane junction towards chiswick roundabout so either they've mixed up the dates or this is phase 2.
