Indeed. The more people who buy them, the more the retailers will stock them. Genuine consumer pressure does work (although it seems to be more effective after a big scandal than with the slowly, softly approach).What's also important, as recent events have shown, is that we're given confidence that what we're TOLD are higher quality/ethical products, are indeed so. How the genpop can ensure that, I'm not sure. This is perhaps something that state institutions are better positioned to do, on our behalf - assuming there are any left to do it.
