65 bus overcrowding

This week the 65 service from Ealing Broadway has been nothing short of appalling.Very long waits, buses so full people are sitting on the stairs and upper deck floors.For some inexplicable reason, it takes TfL 14 days to explain what is wrong.If they are that slow they may as well not bother. How can they action anything with that sort of useless delay?But does anyone know why the route has become so delated and so horribly overcrowded of late?

Two weeks ago on a saturday around 12pm, I took the bus 65 from richmond and it took me 90 minutes to come to ealing broadway. There was lots of traffic especially on kew bridge and diversions and road accidents and rugby match. Whenever there is a football match at brentford or rugby match at twickenham, causes lots of delay and traffic jams.I would like to see the countdown service on every single bus stop because if we know what is causing the delay or how long we have to wait, then it wouldn't be so bad because we can go of and do other things and come back when he bus is expected.

There are big roadworks going on outside Richmond station. Could these be responsible for the delays?

Been bad southbound in particular at all times but really bad between 5 and 7.Last night an hour to get from South Ealing to Kew Bridge. Only traffic delay was the Popes lane junction. I think the lights are not working as they should.But 3 buses were rammed full with two not accepting any passengers.It's been fairly good of late although overcrowding between Ealing and Brentford/Kew has become quite severe. It's the same on the 237. Nice buses but very overloaded.

At what time of day have you experienced delay?  Maybe its 'cos its half-term this week.
