As for the treason aspect, only a British national can be tried for that, and IF he is one, yes, try him , imprison and then deport after sentence is run because I am sure he has dual nationalty. Even if the Court of Human Rights finds for him, ignore and stand up to these PC walleys, nothing in practice they can do about it.
