Re  there Is cause for concern          xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I think you can rest unconcerned Os, as my understanding is it is to enable  certain organisations or individuals who are engaging in terrorist type activities to have their  e mails etc " looked into ". Probably going on now anyway, so I don't think it will involve mere mortals  such as we.

Given that it is the DM, I would suggest that it is largely scaremongering, as they are quite renowned for it
