Northfields Tube Depot -Excavations on Northside of Blondin Park

Northfields Tube Depot -Excavations on Northside of Blondin ParkDoes anyone know what is being done here? The area is floodlit and work goes on after dark.Lots of digging and movement of soil, and a set of temporary building offices suggests something quite big and long term.

I belive it is new sheds for overnight housing and cleaning of trains

They are constructing a 2 storey building along that side of Blondin Park. Not sure what its for but most probably offices I would imagine
