Unless you've confronted them I doubt they are watching you in particular.These things, unfortunately, move in waves.We have had a couple of spates of this kind of thing (actually maybe four or five) during the 25+ years we have lived in the Ealing area.It often starts when a group of youths go off the rails and start to misbehave on a serial basis.And it stops when either (a) they grow out of it or (b) the Police finally track them down and nail them.I agree though that it is very annoying when it is your tyres being slashed, or your wing mirrors being ripped off / paint scratched with keys / car windows broken.We've had a couple of spates of that.Bloody annoying.Some of the things that I used to fantasise about doing to the perps if I ever caught up with them do not bare repeating.Thankfully either (a) or (b) above always intervened before it got to that because we can all guess who would be the one up before the beak having to explain themselves can't we!
