Missing Post - Royal Mail

Hi all,Has anyone experienced any missing post over the last few weeks ? I'm missing at least 5x items that I am aware of and have just called Royal Mail, but apart from loggin with my local delivery office (Hanwell) there's not a lot more they can do.Just wanted to see if anyone else has same experiences ?Cheers!

Lots of NHS post now comes by TNT Mail - enough said!

I've had several important postal items, such as hospital appointments etc, go missing over the last year or 2. Enough to make me lose any trust in the system.
