The school was run by a husband and wife team.It had to close as a result of the sad death of the husband.The wife (sorry, I don't know any of the names) is now running the Thai restaurant at the Foresters.Upon bumping into her when we were eating in the Foresters one day my own wife has enquired about redeeming two vouchers which she bought for our kids but had allowed to lapse (our fault).The ex-Thai Cookery School wife could not have been more helpful and not only assured her that the out of date vouchers would be honoured but that she would be pleased to come around to our own house and conduct the lesson there - her main problem now being that she does not have the premises so cannot host.(Our vouchers remain unredeemed - again our fault still - mainly as both kids are now away at university so it is difficult to get everybody coordinated for a single date.)
