TNT delivery failures -- again

It is clear that TNT Post is not taking seriously the complaints about the way their mail is delivered. Despite assurances from TNT management that staff are being properly trained, mail in the Ealing Common area is still being left sticking out of letter boxes -- and often unnecessarily folded. Some of this mail is important as it comes from local hospitals.It seems the only way TNT will take the matter seriously is if they start getting some bad publicity in the press.Are other areas of Ealing having the same problems with TNT?

We get the folded mail effect, but then we used to get that with a couple of posties from the Royal Mail over the last twenty years as well.

The companies I use that used Yodel have more than one courier. I no doubt now have a 'marker' on my account to this effect.

For what its worth, we get letters via TNT from a few organisations and people and the deliveries seem to be OK - we've never seen the person who delivers them, but he(she) always shoves all the letters into the letterbox and doesn't leave them sticking out.

So if say that someone banks with X bank, and that bank only now uses TNT, then how will Mr someone get his bank statements?

Someone in my street has already contacted TNT instructing them not to deliver any more mail to his property because of the security risk.

If this continues to happen I will ask those sending mail not to use TNT as I cannot guarantee to receive their mail securely.This worked with two companies that were using the world's most inept couriers; Yodel (you were out, we left a card, call this premium rate number, your consignment doesn't exist, no you can't talk to anyone as we use the same system that you have access to so the parcel doesn't exist!!!)

And still more TNT mail left sticking out of our letter slot this morning. Included an important notice from Companies House.

I managed to nail one of the delivery people in our street a couple of week or so ago. I pointed out that the mail wasn't being delivered properly. He said the previous days mis-deliveries had been done by someone else. He then asked for my address, which I gave him. He replied: "Well, in future I will make sure I push YOUR mail right through." But what about all the other addresses in this street?, I asked him as he rode off.

Yes, here in Boston Manor as well.Post sticking out of the letterbox delivered by a 'muppet' who despite three assurances from TNT that the practice would be curtailed as it is illegal, continues to ride his delivery bike along the pavement.
