Chelsea Racist is acquitted.

The CFC guy(thug)who was front page news recently has been told ''no further action'' after his blatant monkey gesture.If I was a CFC fan sitting next to him I wouldn't feel very comfortable, and I am white.

I like him too (better than Smalling) but feel he suffers a bit from playing in different positions. Leave him at centre back and job done.

I could get in England side as that's no yardstick any more!I think a fit Vidic and another decent centre back will win you prem lge (you'll win that anyway)but more importantly will help  progress in the C L.

Vidic came on as a sub for Rio.In the Euro's the two Spanish centre halves Piquet and Ramos were good enough to play centre midfield for most of the teams imo.Certainly for England.

I do agree with you Michael.I was a season ticket holder from the age of 10 (yes, over 40 years of 'almost') until orthppaedice issues prevented my attendance.So many lower league clubs have been killed, or, at best, seriously wouded, by the rush to a new stadium. I can understand the financial imperative and pressures so to do but Griffin Park, for all its' problems, is unique and has an atmosphere never found in soulless modern stadia.So many memories including the famous 'non-racist' incident where a Portsmouth reserve player (who had been a 'star' but was now playinmg in 'the stiffs') complained about racist chanting and that the very few fans (of which I was one) were shouting "Blackman you're rubbish."We were indeed but Lloyd Blackman (a trainee having a dog of a game) was tall and white! :-)  A terrible case of 'a chip on both shoulders'.

Trouble is a still photograph taken can make anyone look like they are doing something if you watch them long enough. Hence so many hilarious images on Have I got News for you etc.TV does not have sound specific to it's shots in these situations so it's got to have a lot more.I do agree that this stuff is not tolerated at Brentford by it's fans and it's something that almost every regular supporter at Brentford can be really proud of. The family spirit rekindles by the likes of Eric White some 30 years ago has continued to burn bright and the atmosphere at Griffin Park needs to be bottled and exported to it's new venue. Which I'm a bit sceptical about as it's already too expensive to go to and if the new stadium costs even more at the turnstiles I fear it'll doom the club to the lower leagues and oblivion.

I did wonder Michael! Being a QPR fan (perhaps that's why I want him prosecuted)you will not see me sitting near him on Jan 2nd! Unfortunately too many sitting near him probably found it quite amusing.I thought the front or back page of a national newspaper was good enough evidence to prosecute this neanderthal.

That is why there is little, if any, problem at Brentford Football Club.Real fans wouldn't tolerate such action in a family atmosphere and will readilly report any such activity.I guess paying £40-60+ for a ticket (a la The Premiership)gives some idiots the right to believe they can get away with being racist.

He got off because there were no witnesses to confirm the nature of his actions.If you were sitting next to him, you are a witness. So why did you not come forward when the police asked for witnesses?It's no good passing comment if you are not prepared to participate in upholding the lawThis is how so many get away with so much.

AS my post plainy says it is a sign of their inconsistency and has nothing to do with racism.They could take out a private prosecution if they were committed top getting rid of this kind of behaviour from their terraces.There was no evidence against Clattenburg but there is plenty against this moron.If that is not inconsistent,please could you explain what is.

Surely after the kerfuffle Chelsea caused over the  Mark Clattenburg non-issue they would insist on this moron being charged.They are completely inconsistent it would appear,evidenced not only by this but their revolving door management policy.They are becoming a joke.

Neither would I. How can these 'mugs' who idolise the black (and I use that word with no hint of racism) players in their own team show such bltant racism? It will go on as long as they go unpunished. On which note UEFA fine an overtly racist country £15K less than the fine they imposed on a player for displaying an unapproved sponsor's logo. It makes no sense.
