I really wish someone would talk some sense into Sainsburys. whose local stores throw away the bakery products at the end of the night, basically put them all into a black bag and bin them, its just criminal to waste food that people could use in the soup kitchens etc, I was speaking to a member of staff in one of their branches a few days ago who said the staff have put the idea forward many times and not been allowed to act on it !
