Recycling collection W13

Does anyone know why the recycling has not been collected this week in W13 pls? Looked on ealing council website but no mention....thanks

customers@ealing(dot)gov(dot)uk is also worthwhile contacting  You are paying for a proper collection  It will cost us all more if everything is sent to landfill Don't let anyone think that everything is hunkydory by becoming complacent and not complaining

The cock up over the West line Rail bid was according to the Ministerdue to civil servants not following own guidelines and not giving the right information to the minister.Wonder what guidelines and information were investigated by our own Local Officers and relayed to Bassam Mahfouz when discussing the Enterprise bid.Over 8 months and the system still is not working. Just 14 and a half years to go now before the contract ends. I wonder if Enterprise will still be around then.

Raj - we had exactly the same happen to us. They didn't collect the plastic or black bag on Monday, then came Tuesday and took our plastic but not the black bag (which was even closer to the gate than the plastic) and seem to have taken everyone else's.... Again, they were right outside our house too (maybe someone does the houses to the rear of the vehicle, and someone else those to the front, and they have a blind spot....).

update - they've been and collected everyone's else's recycling in the street but left mine, and they were pulled-up right outside my house - fuming!

We are in the W13 area(just) and our recycling waste was collected about two hours later than normal.  I noticed that there was a new(ish) looking very large collection vehicle used and it seemed to hold up the road traffic because it was so wide.

If your's and everybody else in your road recycling has not been collected and you report this to the council, make clear by writing, in bold and capital letter if possible, that the ALL road recycling has not had any collection otherwise you will find that only yours will be collected and the rest won't.

Raj asks>>Does anyone know why the recycling has not been collected this week in W13 pls? AH replies>>Probably for the same reason that my (W7) recycling was collected last week at 7.30pm and tonight at 7pm.One would have to address the query to Mssrs Dumb and Dumber c/o Ealing Town Hall.
