Arthur. Not certain why Earl McKenzie impresses.Directed and managed by a full time Leader, Jason Stacey, the service improved significantly after the previous Labour administration.Directed and (is he) managed by a part time Leader Julian Bell the contract is failing on several counts. So it is not E McKenzie who impresses. If he did he would have sorted this mess himself especially as he had been trained by Mr Stacey.Between the Mr Bell and E Mckenzie we continue to get poor service. Unless the Chair of the OSC did get a by when the contract will be sorted – and we await a report from your alleged fly tipper – then he ,Shital Manro, needs to step down along with Mr McKenzie and give the job to a more effective chair. When E M reports the contract is getting better (front page) was it by 0.001% or was it by 0.01%?Why does he have treat us like fools? He should say the contract has improved, but not to our satisfaction and so unless it improves by end of March then Enterprise will be sacked. They have been sacked it seems elsewhere according to the internet. So do it again. The idea is to behave with integrity instead of shilly shallying with an un-robust report in front of the OSC.Are we ever going to see street cleaners sweep after all the different types of refuse have been collected? Are we EVER going to hear on this one from Bassam? Eric is right.
