Pleasant surprise in Ealing

Recently went for a fish meal to William's Seafood and Grill restaurant at north end of Bond St W5. Pleasant surprise 'cos the meal was good almost brilliant. Their Dover sole and bream were some of the best and their seafood chowder was as it should be. We'll go again.

We discovered this fish restaurant last November. My wife and I really rate this excellent eatery - we've taken all our family and told a few neighbours there as a consequence - excellent value and consistant quality - and yes the head honcho and staff are always pleasant and welcoming.  Things are looking up in central Ealing.

The wife and I went to William's Seafood Grill today for a spot of lunch and have to say it was excellent.The food was superb and very reasonably priced* and the staff were friendly. The restaurant is tastefully decorated as well without being fussy.Give it a try! * starter, main, large glass of wine each plus shared desert £50

Keith, remember Maxwell's well- excellent fish and chips. Since Maxwell's went, central Ealing missed out. Now we've got two good fish'n chip places.William's in Bond St is seriously good - you must go try for yourself. So is Kerbishher and Thingy opposite the old Twwn Hall - both are new(ish) to Ealing. Things are looking up!

Sounds good Gerry .Might give it a try.Do you remember Maxwell's chippy that used to be on Bond street.It moved there from over the road on the parade that has Oxfam on it.Very good chippy .
