What has Not been said or made Clear.

Apparently soon there comes into force a law, that it will make it a crime to enter a home by squatters. Police can take immediate action. However it will not be a criminal offence if the Squat took over your Garage,outhouse or Shed etc. It will be up to the owner to get redress through the courts for re-possesion and eviction. What if the garage, Out-house, housed some valuables for storage.? What if the garage was already converted into a room.? The arguement put forward is that those places, Garage etc.. is not part of the living space of the house.Surely there is some ambiguity that needs to better understood about this law.

Re  Squat took over your Garage,outhouse or Shed           xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx oh my Gawd Os, do you think the " Sheds with beds " in Southall are likely to be squatted in and the owners have to resort to the Courts to gain possession. Would be an interesting scenario?.
