So IF they can be for the living ( a greater embarassment ? ) I see no reason why  they cannot be for the deceased if/when distasteful truth re them comes out. There seem to a few in the B B C who need " investigating " if they knew and turned blind eyes to what was going on. Hopefully more " victims " will come forward.

I don't think anyone would dare to object, even family members themselves. And sadly the  criminal offspring cannot be deported as they  have British nationality. When I hear now re what " Britons " have done abroad I cringe, and invariably they turn out to be not " true " Brits. Just another of the joys of diversity!.

Only recently we have decided to remove The Knight-Hood conferred on Jimmy Saville and I should think people would also not object that Abu Hamza's family lose any Status they were given through Abu Hamza.

Re  in receipt of housing and council tax benefit.              xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx    you can bet your boots Bernadette she and family are on every conceivable benefit, disability probably being one of them, travel permits to be sure. The fraudulent Afghan woman  also in a million pound house in Acton was getting £187,000.00 ( one hundred and eighty seven THOUSAND pounds EVERY year in benefits ) These people have " professional " advisers to make sure they get OUR money's worth. The mind boggles. That amount was net, so to earn it  you would have to be earning £360,000m , that's how much we value a woman from Afghanistan with 7 kids. Our own ex hardworking tax paying senior citizens a mere one fortieth of what we value a sedentary female  from overseas who chooses to plonk her backside in London.

He came here illegally as far as I know and married his first wife out of convenience.He has worked the system and bought a house but not in his name I believe.This house was reclaimned to pay part of his legal bill.This should have excluded him from further claim to public housing help in any reasonable scenario imo.He married again and has 8 kids now. He and his family have been milking us as if we were a cow for years now and the sooner we are rid of his family and followers the better.This of course will not happen unless we somehow grow some cojones.

The LBHF cabinet member for housing was interviewed this morning.They can do nothing to evict Moroccan-national "Mrs. Hamza" but are changing their rules borough-wide from lifetime assured tenancies to five year contracts. These will, in future only be awarded to those who have a minimum five-year association with the borough. So, under the proposed new rules "Mrs. Hamza" would never have been given housing in the first place save, as you rightly say, she is on an assured tenancy with a private landlord with governmnet-set rent levels (which of course are set to be drastically reduced - thankfully).He was quite clear that there would be provision for those 'in real need' but not for anyone who just turns up in the UK demanding accommodation.

Only one house has ever changed hands for over £1mn in the road in which the Hamzas live and that was a 5 bedroom semi-detatched not a terraced house like theirs. Nevertheless it would probably sell for around £700,000. Not that that makes it any less galling but it does show that newspapers tend to exaggerate.The minister who lives next door is John Hutton not Geoff Hoon.It isn't a Council house but a property owned by a private landlord who rents it to LBHF at levels set by the Government.The rules have been changed so this ridiculous situation can't happen again. The cap on housing benefit payments makes it impossible for a house like this to be used in this way.Also LBHF are changing the eligibility requirements for housing that would mean that the Hamza family would never have been given this house.Shutting the door after the horse has bolted maybe but at least action has been taken.

Well I don't know whether it's a council house or not but it is being described on the news as a property worth more than £1 million in Shepherds Bush which is too large for her needs but they can't force her to leave because she has an open ended tenancy.  Do LB Hammersmith have many council houses worth more than £1 million?I bet she is in receipt of housing and council tax benefit.

If so, why are they not at work if they have any and if they don't, as they are sufficiently active outside , they can be just as active elsewhere, in a place of work. Stop their benefits, which most if not all were on who  demonstrated so disgustingly against the British soldiers in their parade in Luton.
