Coffee Shop Business for Sale
Hi all, not sure if this is the right location or even if it's allowed but I have a mobile coffee shop that's run successfully in Ealing for over six years. I'm expanding to fixed premises so I don't need my mobile business anymore. In a nutshell the business has earned me just over £30,000 per year pre tax profits (basically, my salary) for the last six years. I work from 8am until 1pm Monday to Friday. I am based entirely in Ealing and visit local businesses whose employees come out to pick up a freshly made espresso based coffee. The work's pleasant and easy. I keep fit and I'm outside in the fresh air rather than being stuck behind a desk.I am selling the van with all its fittings as a going concern – espresso machine, grinder, pie/croissant warmer, diesel generator, fridge, water butt, sink and work surfaces. Any stock I have is included in the price. • The van is valued at £3,500.
