Prof John Tellock Can be deported ? Nonsence.
Most of You would have heard about the Issue. His Birth in British India and his taking on an Australian Passport now deprives him from staying in Britain if he now chooses to. How exactly is this arrived at ? I am told it is now the law: adjusted to take on a different interpretation, in order to deal with Immigrants who were born abroad and cannot be deported from Britain if they have taken up British Nationality. This is a cock-eyed way of dealing with an issue. Prof: John Tellock might well have been born In India during the British RaJ but he still has Patriachal leanings through his parents and further through his Heritage. This should weigh strongly in any Citizens favour. I am still struggling to come to terms with the Law as in this Issue.
