Rosa,I am not sure who your source of information is but they clearly know nothing of the work we have done over the past two years to get this project agreed by TfL. It will be an incline lift, notice the word lift, so it will indeed benefit parents with buggies, passengers with heavy suitcases, the elderly and those carrying heavy shopping, plus many more. The innovative idea has been so successful that Crossrail are looking to use it at a number of central London stations also.I totally understand that people will question TfL's original quote of £10m to do the works; that is exactly the question that we started from and which has got us to a point of TfL agreeing to instal a lift at Greenford for around £2m and getting other disability access improvements including public toilets. You may wish to go back to your source to ensure they have the correct information as it is exceptionally good news.Best wishes,Bassam
