Ealing Gazette question:"Has Ealing's rubbish and recycling collection service . . . . ?"==============================================The question definitely offers scope for a competition, where the entrants must complete the question.  First prize is a VIP, three hour guided tour of the waste recycling 'sorting plant' in Kent.  Second prize is a four hour tour of same.
