Parking vouchers

How's this for kafkaesque?The last time i got new residents' parking vouchers i did it online to save the wait in Perceval House. Need some more so i went online to reorder. But now it asks you for a PIN. What PIN, i asked myself?  So I called Parking Services .. can I order some more vouchers by phone? No, only online or in person. But I tried online and was asked for a PIN, which I dont have, I said. But you havent requested a PIN says man at parking services, looking at my account.?????????????????????/Now i've requested a PIN and it's being sent to me by post. So that's OK then..

Just as bad is BT Broadband's logic.So, you can't get online and call their helpdesk.While queueing you get the message "visit us at www.bt.com/broadband to solve many common problems".I would if I could bloody well get online in the first place!! :-)

They move in mysterious ways,their balls ups to perform.Next time you have to buy them say you have forgotten your pin and can they send you another one by post.Keeps a job for someone licking envelopes.
