Re 24 month Fixed Term Contract, for a sum quoted xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Os, I can understand your upset over this, which smacks of sharp practice, whatever way anyone looks at it. I assume it was the TERM of the Contract that was fixed and not the cost, despite the impression given by 3G who presumably are wriggling on some "not too noticeable info" buried somewhere in the Contract. My argument with them would be you have a right to have that wriggle aspect EFFECTIVELY drawn to your attention at the outset, and if not, tough on them, not you. Stick to your guns and fight the blighters all the way, on principle. I have done that on more than one occasion, and if the organisation supposedly regulating such companies are not doing their job, sue them. I did, and got THEM to cough up.
