UKASH VIRUS

A new Virus is hitting the UK. When you start up your computer a screen appears that looks like coming from the Police telling you that your computer has been blocked because either you have downloaded porno material or it has been used for illegal or illicit purposes. It asks you to make a payment of £40 in order to unblock it.DO NOT FALL FOR IT: IT IS A SCAMIf you have access to another computer, do a serch for "UKASH VIRUS" and there will be various sites that will tell you what to do.

These horrible little bits of malware have been around for ages.Do keep your anti-virus and anti-malware programmes up to date and you should be OK.My friend had a scam anti-virus message which he clicked on and it took me the best part of a day to completely remove it from his PC.
