VivAs much time as i spend giving out about the council, I have to say that over 90% of the time, the system works for me, though I am used to it now. My only gripe is that it takes longer to get through to anyone now, and this was pointed out to us at overview and scrutiny on thursday. waiting times on phone calls have increased by over 50% in the last year, and calls to the council have gone up 19% too.
