The going rate for a garage is around £9.50 - £15 per week in Ealing and Hounslow, much cheaper if you go out to the more suburban areas.I have 3 dotted around and the most expensive is the £15.Make sure you get a proper rent book as it is a taxable income but also tax deductable is used for business storage etc.
