Sports Drive for Ealing Children's Charity - July 21
Children's Helpers Worldwide (CHW - www.chworldwide.org) was invited to organise a service project, with a focus on youth sports and health, in time for the Olympics, by the Global Service Leaders Initiative.Sports Equipment Drive: CHW is running a sports equipment drive for The Log Cabin (http://www.logcabin.org.uk/) in Ealing. It has an adventure playground, and other facilities, for children with disabilities and additional needs. Do you have any unused or unwanted sports equipment? It can be put to good use here! You can donate it at our event.When: 1pm - 5 pm, Saturday, 21 JulyWhere: The Log Cabin, 259 Northfield Avenue, Ealing, London, W5 4UA CHW is also fundraising to help start a children's music therapy project in Argentina. We are running a coin collection for this - where people can donate small change. All coins collected will go to support this project. It will be possible to donate coins at the event at The Log Cabin.
