My green box went missing five weeks ago. I ordered another right away and had an automated response with a reference no. stating it would be replaced within 5 days. As I had not received it after a week, I sent another request plus an explanatory email to customer relations and received another automated response with a different reference. To date I have not received a replacement. I will be putting my bottles and newspapers in the black bag from next week. They seem to be downgrading the recycling and putting everything together anyway, so it makes me feel rather foolish for the years I have spent washing bottles and carefully separating all my recycling materials. Doh!
