18year old's party - venue

My son and his friend were born on the same day and want to hold a joint 18th birthday party. Neither of us Mums is keen to host it (!!) and unsurprisingly we can't find an external venue either. Has anyone managed to find one and would you recommend?  Thanks

Thanks all. Will try them. Many places won't do 18 year old parties because of the vague possibility of drunken teenagers !!

Rowan's in Chiswick (near Kew Bridge, I think) do free room hire......Have had a do at Duffy's on Northfields Ave too, but that was while Tommy Duffy was still there. Not sure what its like now

I went to a very nice 40th birthday party at Ealing Cricket Club. I have no idea how much it is to hire but it was a very nice venue with bar and outside area as well as the decent sized room they hired where they had a DJ. Hope that helpd.
