DRAYTON MANOR CAR BOOT IS ON SATURDAY

This friendly local car boot is on 7am - 12.30am tomorrow (last one cancelled due to waterlogged field which is now ok and so lots of bargains to be had)  All volunteers - monies go direct to the school. There is ice-cream/cakes/hot dogs/Thai meals etc., so a good family morning out.  Parking limited (read the signs carefully) but there is some - buses even better as stop outside. End of Greenford Ave opposite Brentside school.  No dogs; except guide dogs and only a few disabled only stickers can park inside.  Lots of regular sellers and buyers and security on site.  Come along and have some fun!

To qualify my last comment, visitors park at the bottom of the Greenford Avenue (by Ruislip Road), obstructing the flow of traffic, where there are 3x bus routes. This causes carnage. I'm already making enquiries as to how this can be controlled. It's bad enough having to put up with all the parents dropping their children to Brentside School during the weekday mornings, without having to tolerate this too.Sure that this won't sit well with some. All I want to see is better traffic / parking controls implemented....

I personally would love to see the back of this.I live in the local area and have to put up with the traffic mayhem this causes and am fed up with it, as are a lot of people in the area.
