Can you recommend a T'ai Chi Class?
I would like to join a T'ai Chi class preferably in Ealing but I am willing to travel. There are so many different types and options and I would prefer a personal recommendation to get me started.I am fit and healthy and belong to a local gym.Can you advise and recommend?Thank you!
