Mervyn Road Playing Field, Raymond Ave entrance.
Does anyone know who is responsible for the upkeep of the entrances to the Mervin Road playing field W13?When this was owned and operated by the London Borough Of Ealing, they kept the entrance in Raymond Avenue in order, with the grass cut a few times a year etc.Now it is a jungle with bushes and 4ft tall nettles etc. It needs more that can be achieved by houshold gardening tools to keep it in order. My home is next to it, and I cannot cut the hedge, without standing in my own garden and stretching out over flowers and the hedge itself, in order to try and reach the outside parts, this has lead to backache etc.Is the owner of said field responsible for the entrances to it?Two visits to the councilors in recent years revealed nothing as to who owns and is responsible for this piece of land(other neighbours have done the same).It is also an eysore as well as dangerous to navigate through to back gardens etc.
