Does anyone know what is happening to this site? There seems to be some activity going on in the building and fences have been put up around the perimeter? Does anyone know??

Can't find any planning applications.I know that it was up for sale last year for £2.6 million or for rent (it is a huge site). I do hope that it finally realises its' potential to be a real community asset.
