Thanks Tony, the worst cook in my family thinks it is beneath her to cook, as is doing things like laundry or any kind of housework, she calls this feminism. Haven't made bread, but have made pizza, from scratch, it was successful. Extremely simple and if it was something I did, day in day out, would be a master pizza maker within a day or two.Might struggle with making a stuffed crust though.From what I gather, a lot of pizza places have the dough delivered, they don't even do this themselves, so all that seems to happen is someone makes it round, ingredients put on top and put it the oven. Next time I go to a pizza resturant I'll see what the pizza maker does. But it may be a while, as there are plenty of other food outlets in the Ealing area.
