The one in Mattock Lane W13 is quite good - you can be seen on the day your ring up for an appointment.

I've been very happy with Ealing Park in South Ealing Rd for many years.http://www.ealingparkhealthcentre.nhs.uk/They are quite strict about catchment area, though, as they're popular and not exactly short of patients.
