BudI sent a text to my neighbour (as she is away all week).She replied that she goes to yoga classes at the Eighth Level gym in Southall as part of her membership and she doesn't think that can join for yoga alone.Sorry.

I'll ask my neighbour when next I see her (she is away on business this week). She goes to classes locally a couple of times each week and seems really happy with both the class and her teacher.
