Garden Waste Collection....a Slight Reprieve

While the reprieve in garden waste collection highlighted on Ealing Today may be a welcome boon to some, it is not to those like me or my neighbours who have already had their pink sacks taken away. I cannot see Ealing Council "lending" them back to us; is this not unfair?

In the abscence of may already "gone" pink bag do you think a black bag with "free garden waste collection" written on it work if I put it out before May 1st, or is there a council-approved way for labelling?
