How do your get an Ipod touch repaired?

My son's is not working properly...the back button doesn't activate. It's out of warranty - of course ! Where is reliable to get it fixed or isn't it worth it?

Good point, just don't try the one in Covent Garden.Never was the term 'Genius' so inappropriately used.

My nephew dropped his and broke it. His father (my brother) took it into the Apple store (in Norwich) and they replaced it free of charge as a good will gesture, and because he admitted right away it had been dropped (possibly the replacement was a reconditioned one, it wasn't packaged). Worth taking your son and the ipod touch into an apple store and seeing what they say. You never know....
