What would be your thoughts on HOT FOOD costs>

If i was served food in a retaurant and it was not as HOT as when it was prepared , can One claim it could not be charged as "HOT FOOD". Freshly cooked food is HOT ,but stored under display cabinets the food is perhaps just warm ? Just Curious .

On a similar note, Perfect Fried Chicken often ask if we want baked beans to be hot, suggesting that I cook them myself when I get home.Does anyone ever get the penny change when they go in there?
