Claims that The Council tax has been frozen is FALSE

WE have been paying for clearance of all our garbage for years past . This year the council has made disposal of garden waste an extra category and are leving a £30 charge. How then can they claim my Coucil Tax is still the same as last year ? Perhaps next year they will impose a charge on disposal of Plastics as well and make the same false claims.

Also no doubt the increase in parking permits or on any facilities. If the increases are over a notional inflation rate then obviously they would be to top up the council tax!!
